• Stock Broking Services: We act as an Authorised Person (AP) of Alankit Imaginations Ltd. for stock broking services
• NPS (National Pension System): We are a PFRDA-registered POP-SP operating through Alankit Assignments Ltd. for NPS facilitation

• Information displayed in the portal is for your reference only and may be subject to market fluctuations and reconciliation
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate portal access in the event of misuse, fraud, or breach of these terms
• We are not liable for losses arising from incorrect use of portal data or delayed system updates

7 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Creative Wealth and its directors, officers, employees, and representatives shall not be liable for:

• Interruptions to the website or portal service due to maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control
• Loss or corruption of data resulting from unauthorised access to your account
• Actions of third-party platforms, AMCs, exchanges, or depositories linked to or referenced on this website

Our total liability in any matter arising out of or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the fees, if any, paid by you to Creative Wealth in the preceding three (3) months.

8 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
